Alki Beach Townhomes are a two unit, 3-story townhome development located one block from Alki Beach in West Seattle.  While on a challenging site, both units fit well within their surroundings while maintaining a friendly street façade.  The townhomes are stepped away from the street creating a single family residential feel and adding privacy to the rooftop decks.  The site layout also enhanced each unit’s sweeping views of the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound.
