PROJECT ONE

Single Family Residential

Whole House Remodel

Originally built in 1918, this Fremont Bungalow was in need of a good make-over.  The work included vaulting the living room, renovating the kitchen, removing interior walls, repairing the exterior facade and creating a modern urban courtyard on a small city lot.  While keeping true to the existing character of the home, each new move was carefully considered with a modern play on space and materials.
